I woke up to 29 degree weather. It made me not want to get out of bed. Well, cold weather in general makes most people not want to get out of bed...but today it made me really want to stay in bed. The condensation on my window was pretty unreal enough that I thought it deserved a picture. It looks like my window is crying.
Anyway I went to a workshop tonight for PRSSA. The guy who spoke was Michael Pranikoff from Emerging Media. He talked about web 2.0 and how it can be used in relation to public relations; I thought it was very interesting.
Anyway so I got home tonight to find out that an email I had sent out earlier today to some columnist is going to be printed in the opinion's section of tomorrow's newsletter. How random. It's not even an opinion, I was just commentating on an idea, well more like a sentence he had written. (Here it is)
Well I'm hungry and I'm gonna go eat some soup.

When pumpkins drink..

Halloween is gonna suck this year...

You might have to click on it to really see what's so impressive about it....

Not that you really have much of a choice...but I'm thinking I'm going to leave my current template up (as unattractive as it is) because I'm tired of foolin' around with this code and because I don't really have the time to mess with it right now. So endure it for now..at least another couple of weeks and then I (hopefully) should be up and running (not that I'm not now) with a new better template.

Anyway...also want to mention a business that I practically worship, Rebbecca Rosin Photography...this girl I know, she does amazing photography, editing, and print work. I mean this girl has mad skillz. Look at this............
she's about to put up her website and when she does I'll be sure to pass it along.....anyway that picture be low is me.....I know..I look like a human being right?

So I took that giant step and submitted a photo to a contest. I say giant because I don't take rejection very well. However, I won. (What I would really like to do is take that period and exchange it for an exclamation point) What did I win, you may ask? I won a digital underwater camera. I wasn't sure if it was legit, but my camera came in a couple of days ago. :) It's so pretty! I'm aching to go into the pool and just test it out. The case that goes around the digital camera to protect it when it goes underwater is beautiful! The case can go down to a 180 feet! Ya know how I got my scuba license? Well know I really have a reason to go scubaing!
The digital camera isn't bad. I personally prefer the one I have, but my Panasonic isn't made to fit the case like the one I won. Heck, I shouldn't be complaining. But anyway, just thought I would let you in on my excitement. Though using the word excitement to describe my feelings right now would be an understatement.
